The Century Museum Village and Collectors Association shows antique engines and exhibits displays of household items and farm equipment commonly used during the late 1800's to early 1900's. 

Enjoy the sights and sounds of antique engines at work and be sure to visit our Century Museum Village building depicting country living at the turn of the 20th century.  

Our exhibitions are held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York.

Monthly Meetings

May - October 2019:
2nd Tuesday of every month 
6:30 PM at the Museum building Dutchess County Fairgrounds

Winter Months:
November 2019 thru the winter months, our meetings will be on the 2nd Sundays at 2PM at the Pleasant Valley Presbyterian Church, 1576 Main Street, Pleasant Valley, New York.

The 2019 Antique Machinery Show is hosted by the Century Museum Village and Collectors Association (centurymuseum.org) at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York. 

Exhibitors display their antique engines, tractors and vintage vehicles, as well as  providing many working and educational displays of our rural mechanical past. 

The Antique Machinery that will be on display is actual running equipment:

Shingle making equipment
Hot Air Engines
Hit and Miss Engines
Saw Mills
and so much more
All are a thrill to watch when in operation


The association also maintains the Museum Village which consists of a large Museum, a Blacksmith Shop and a Schoolhouse. The Museum itself contains a series of exhibits designed to show a particular craft or way of life:

Broom Making
Chair Caning
General Store
Ice Harvesting
Kitchen conveniences
Loom Weaving
Print Shop
Repair Shop
Wood Shop
and many others

You do not have to be a member to display or participate in the Machinery Show, all are welcome to join.
